I received an Associate Arts Degree after two years from the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Minnesota. Then after getting back from the Army draft service in South Korea I drove to Berkeley, California to visit a service buddy in March, 1971. No snow! Green grass in winter! So I stayed and lived and worked in beautiful San Francisco enjoying the performing arts for 31 years until I could no longer afford it. While there I became a vegetarian and I contributed as a social and political activist for the pioneering California non-smokers' rights/indoor smoking pollution control movement. In 2002 I moved 25 miles east inland first to beautiful Rossmoor in Walnut Creek for 3½ years and then a little north to Pleasant Hill/Concord. I continue to record dance performances whenever contracted.
